Window position not remembered

I'm running Mavericks on a Retina MacBook Pro with an Apple Cinema display as a second monitor (above the MBP). I want 1Password to stay on the MBP screen, but if I quit the app and reopen it, the window always jumps up to the Cinema display.

The App should reopen in the same location in which it was closed, but it doesn't. This seems to be an annoying bug.
