is sync for iCloud working?

I have iCloud operational but when I go to Preferences>sync and choose "iCloud" it says that a data vault there already exists and that it will merge my new data with it. I click on "Start Syncing" but it seems that nothing is happening. No turning gears, no moving bar, no nothing. I've waited for at least 30 minutes but still nothing. I have a very fast Internet connection so that's not the problem. Shouldn't there be some visual cue that the syncing is going on?

    I'm seeing a similar thing. Seems every time I quit/start up 1Password, syncing is either broken (get a prompt to fix/ignore, I usually hit fix) or when I look at the Preferences, no Sync is actually selected and it's just a local copy.

    Hi Meek,

    Mine actually randomly started working (I had previously done the uninstall/repair permissions/reinstall dance, along with finding and removing all agilebits/1password files from anywhere (Mac, iCloud)). At some point after this (a day or two), my prefs started remembering that I was syncing with iCloud. So, as of right now, not a problem. (I've even rebooted the MBP a few times to be sure.)
