1Password for Mac doesn't work [resolved by starting over]
Just purchased 1Password for my Mac. But got the following problem: filled in the Master Password twice, wrote it down, but can't log in because my computer blocked. Is it possible to reset the Master Password of do you have another solution? Didn't receive an code either. Please help!

You can follow this article to start over. I'm not sure what you mean when you say:

Do you mean you bought from the AgileBits store and didn't receive an email containing a link to the licence? If you bought from the Mac App Store you won't have a specific licence.
