Duplicate and missing passwords. Other.

I'm running 1PW 4.1.2 on Mavericks and been getting my entire library replaced with 4 or 5 entries, each one duplicated twice. There is also no option to "edit"--that button only says "restore". When I press that it deletes the password and brings a new duplicated entry into it's place. WTF? I have no way to access anything now... Am I crazy, or is this a known issue?

    Sorry to hear about the trouble! First of all, please update to the latest version of 1Password (4.4.1). After that, please let us know if these issues are still occurring. We'll be happy to investigate further.
