1Password Extension Issue when fast user switching

I've been using 1PW for a few years now. Currently using 4.2.1. Have noticed recently on my iMac running Mavericks that when I switch to my account from another using fast user switching I get an alert window appear as attached. Why is this and how do I get it to go away?

    Hi @dozza,

    Do you have the old version 3 browser extension installed in any of your browsers (on either user account)? Please uninstall any instances of the version 3 extension.
