Cant sync using iCloud [currently unsupported with Yosemite and 4.5 beta; see Mac Beta forum]
Hi all,
First time post. I have been using 1Password for ages - syncing across my Mac, MacBook, iPad and iPhone. This was initially through Dropbox and more recently following updates, through iCloud.
My ageing iPhone 4 was getting too slow so I restored it and set it up as a new iPhone this morning. When I tried to set up 1Password, I get error messages to say it can not find the iCloud files. I have changed over to Dropbox and everything syncs as I would expect, I then tried again to use iCloud but its still not working. Unfortunately I dropped my iPad and it is being replaced by insurance - which means I will be setting it up as a new iPad and suspect I will have the same issues (I'm hoping it will arrive this side of the weekend).
I have checked that iCloud is syncing with other apps and it all appears to be doing so... It just seems to be a problem with 1Password.
I should say that the macbook is my beta machine and I have Yosemite and the 1Password beta running on it - is this the route of the problem? I know I can use Dropbox and it all works, but its annoying me that iCloud is no longer working - and while it might be a perception rather than truth, but I felt the iCloud syncing was quicker. If anyone can help me resolve this issue, I would be very very grateful.
Many thanks
Tim

See point 2 in this sticky on the 1P4 for Mac beta forum. In essence, your problem is exactly as you suspect. You'll find other relevant discussions there too.
