+1 for Linux, pretty please! I'd like to switch to a chromebook running ubuntu, but I'm just totally unwilling to deal with WINE.

Another +1 for Linux support! Would be truly the best cross-platform password manager then! :)

Heck yes, +1 for a native Linux client. I'm glad that opening up the .html from the DropBox website gives me read-only access, but I spend over 60% of my time on Linux. A native client would make an already excellent app simply sublime. (Ubuntu 14.04)

Make that +2, since my spouse would also start using 1password if it had a Linux client.

+1 for a Linux version. I spend more than 60% of my time on Linux distros, and would really love to have native browser integration. Would make a great product into a fantastic one.

+1 for Linux. I'd like to buy copies for all my team, but can't until the Linux users are supported. We will make good use of the OS X, iOS and Android versions too.

+1 for Linux support from me as well. The Wine version works fine, but I've found that 1Password blows up if I try to delete login entries using the Wine/Windows version combo under Ubuntu 14.04.1 / WINE latest.

@forthewyn I experienced that bug as well, but turns out is only the last item in the grid (the bottom row of the table), deleting any other record works for me.
so when I want to delete something I do the following:

    • search for it, but ensure there are at least 2 records found
    • sort by name so that the one I want to delete is the top row (or at least not at the bottom)
    • delete it

Seems indeed a wine related bug, I have also reported it, but since its only happening in wine and not under windows, there is probably no fix coming for this.

+1 for the Linux client. I would actually pay for it, as I have paid for the Mac, iOS and Android clients.

+1 for a Linux version from me too. I love the Mac version, but like another user who wrote to this list a few years ago, I'm not pleased with the way Apple MacOSX is going, and I'm using Linux more and more (Scientific Linux - a Red Hat derivative - at work, and Ubuntu at home).

@Wilddude : In that case, why not going open source? There is still Keepass 2 on Linux distros although it requires installation of the mono framework (some open-source defenders don't like that). I also know that KeepassX 2.0 is still in developpement (no mono there) with support for .kdbx databases (Keepass 2). Combine Keepass 2 with Keefox extension (Firefox) and you should be good to go.
