How to fill in 3 fields...

We have a web page that asks for three bits of info.
username
password
partnerID

I tried adding a custom field for partnerID but it did not fill in, how can we add a field that will fill in with the username and password?

    This guide is what you're looking for.

    In essence you go to the page in question, fill in all the fields but don't login. Instead you use the browser extension to save the login and 1Password will store all the populated fields under web form details. Confirm the login works and then edit the login in 1Password so your extra password is stored under a custom field (in addition to in the web form section).
