1 Password logins on websites

I added this website to 1Password why doesn't it login with 1Password. I have notice this with lots of sites and this is one of them.

    Please tell us:

    1. the URL of the website to which you're referring;
    2. whether you're using 1P4 or 1P5;
    3. how you are trying to log in to the website;
    4. the browser you are using and the 1P extension number used in the browser.

    Stephen one of them is this site, 1P5 I'm using. Tried on safari and Chrome, login in from 1P. What do you mean by 1P extension? JC Penny, Bank of America etc....

    In order to use 1P5 in your browsers you must have the relevant browser extension(s) installed. Go to 1P5 > Install browser extensions... if you have not already done that.
