Still waiting for credit on Mac Store Purchase

Hi,

I emailed support a week ago asking for a credit on my mac store purchase (October 1st) so I could re-purchase it from the App Store. No response. No reply. I'm getting nervous that I will be past the 30 days. Any suggestions?
