Auto-fill not working correctly. Very Strange.

I am logging into a web site that has a disclaimer that pops up first where you must hit, "ok." Then the login screen appears and 1Password fills in the user name and password and then it is immediately erased as if it was never there. The end result is I cannot log into the site with 1Password. Anyone know of a fix around this?

    Hi @tigercruise,

Pop-ups can sometimes mess with 1Password's filling. If you type the URL into the browser manually and use ⌘\ ( Command- \ ) after dismissing the pop-up, does 1Password fill correctly then?

If you're still having trouble, please let us know the URL of the website, so we can do some testing here.

1Password fills and then the user name and password immediately go blank. Here's the url: https://www.servicesonline.opm.gov

  • I do not see that behavior when I try it, @tigercruise‌

Do you have auto-submit enabled? If so can you please try turning it off?

bwoodruff, that was it. Thank you.

  • Perfect. Thanks for the update. If you do not want to turn it off globally, you can turn it off for just that item by editing the item and changing the "submit" option to "never submit."

Thank you, I will do that. I am new to this and really appreciate your help.

  • You're very welcome. Enjoy! :)
