Problems with sharing Second Vault
I recently set up a secondary vault to share with several people I work with. Everything is syncing via Dropbox. Two people have set up and can access the vault without problems, but one person can't get past the Password screen. When she enters the password it just sits as if she entered the wrong password, but no one else has had problems with this password. She has tried the password a dozen times, copy / paste and entering it manually so we are sure she is entering the correct password.

The first thing I'd like you to try is to see if this person can access the keychain via 1PasswordAnywhere, just as a sanity measure. If they can access the keychain via Dropbox's web interface then we can eliminate any issues such as incorrect password or keyboard oddity. If you still can't gain access it might be worth checking down this list of possibilities. You can safely ignore the first option and start at Toggle the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys and make your way down to Restart your computer.
