1Password still wants Masterpassword although I've deleted all keychains

I forgot my master password. That's why I deleted all the keychains and so on like already explained in several help discussions... I also deinstalled the App to make sure that I can start over new... But unfortunately 1Password let me do so. The App always asks my masterpasswort which I can' remember even though it gives me the hint.... What should I do? I wanna start over new! ;)
