Lost License and Don't Use The Email Account Anymore

I have a license for 1Password (not sure which version) and I am now using 1Password 5. The program does not recognize my earlier license and is asking for a new one. The address I used to purchase the product is no longer in my possession, so I'd like to get my license sent to my current address. Please advise.

    My advice would be to email support+licenses@agilebits.com, detailing as much information as possible. Obviously we will need to ensure that you are indeed the registered user but once we have we will assist.

    Just to let you know moving from 1Password 3 to 1Password4/5 is a paid upgrade but that your licence key would entitle you to an upgrade price. I only mention that on the off-chance that if you purchased some time ago that it may have been before 1Password 4 was released. Also, 1Password is licensed per platform so a license for one wouldn't work on another. Just in case that applies.

    As I say, if you email the address above, also supplying your forum username and a link to this thread we will work with you to get this resolved :smile:
