Response time of support
How long does it take to receive a response from your support staff? I rely heavily on you software which I can't use until I receive support.
Do you have a phone number? So far I only received the auto response and still waiting for email or contact.

I suggest you post a description of your problem on this forum. I think you'll find you get much quicker support like that, especially following the wave of support requests after the release of iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite. There are some very helpful and knowledgeable people on this forum—including people from AgileBits.

Apologies for the delay in responding. Stephen_C is sadly correct, we're trying our best to work through the surge of support requests since the release of iOS 8 and Yosemite but sadly response times have suffered. All we can do is apologise.
