"Trial Expired" message with valid account
I've been using 1password for almost a year (purchased through your website) and ever since I've updated to version 5 on Yosemite it says trial expired. If I go into your website to retrieve my license it doesn't recognize my email address. FYI, 1password on my iOS devices still works just fine.

We have an announcement regarding the Trial Expired message (Trial Expired notice in 1Password 5 for Mac?)
If that doesn't help and you're positive you purchased 1Password directly from ys then please do email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com and in the email include the following.
- Your name as you would have entered it at the time of purchase
- Any email addresses you may have used for your purchase. If in doubt list all you have.
- your forum username and a link to this thread
Once you've done that if you can post here with the ticket ID we can link the two to help ensure a speedy response.
I'm not saying it does pertain to your situation but we have had one or two instances where people mistakingly believed a purchase of 1Password for iOS also covered them for OS X. Unfortunately our licences are per platform. I only mention that as you did mention 1Password for iOS.
