"iCloud is not enabled on this Mac"

I am running 1Password 5 on 4 devices, two IOS and two Yosemite. iCloud sync works on 3 devices, but not an Air. I am told "iCloud is not enabled on this Mac" when it assuredly is.

I have followed the iCloud troubleshooting page, as well as the advanced section. I have also done a complete re-install on the affected Mac. Both Macs are running the App Store version, both are using the same iCloud account, and both have the same iCloud settings.

    Hi @Nick Messick‌,

Thanks for taking the time to write to us :+1:

Let's try the following steps to try and sort your iCloud issue on your MacBook Air:

    1. Make sure that both Yosemite and 1Password are up-to-date on your MacBook Air.
    2. Make sure that you are using the same Apple ID you already use on the other 3 devices.
    3. Make sure that you only have 1Password from the Mac App Store installed and trash 1Password 5.app (the web store version) if you accidentally installed it.
    4. Try a reboot. It sometimes works.

It is quite possible that your account has been rate limited. Have you tried to enable iCloud sync at different times?

If none of the above help, please send us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this topic and your forum username, to support+forum@agilebits.com.  A brief comment here mentioning that you've sent the report would also be helpful.

Once we see the report we'll be able to better assist you.

    Thanks in advance!
