I am having trouble understanding how to use the password generator. I can't get it to work like the user guide indicates.

    The quickest way to get help is to use this forum. There is almost always someone active here who can help you. Just tell us exactly what the problem is. I'm not sure what you've read but there's a very helpful page here about changing a saved password and step 3 shows quite clearly how to generate a new password. Does that help?

    If not, please tell us where it goes wrong for you.
