Best way for me to set up a client's 1Password account?

A client is paying me to move all of her passwords (stored on a piece of paper) into 1Password. I'm going to do this at home on my own computer, where I have my own 1Password installed. What is the easiest way for me to do this without confusing our vaults? Do I set up a new vault in her name and then share it? Or can I temporarily log in as my client on my own 1Password app and extensions?

    Just to get a bit of a better idea of the situation, is 1Password already set up on this client's computer? Or is the plan to set up 1Password once you have the datafile all prepared?
