Upgraded to Yosemite and lost the 1 password function

This is a serious issue for me---I upgraded to Yosemite last night and noticed the icon that was on the top left on the tool bar is GONE. I cannot select the key icon to populate my scripted information into the various websites. I sent email to Agile support using a previous email that i received from one of their tech support for an unrelated matter, and so far no response. I am not a fan of buying a product without having the option to call someone but i am sold on your product, now it does not seem that you have anyone to assist even electronically. I need to fix this issue and i am hoping that someone responds timely---the current version of the 1password is 3.8.22, thanks in advance

    Hi @Blueboy‌

There's no fundamental reason why it shouldn't be working although of course as you stray further away from the last version of OS X that 1Password 3 was designed for quirks may start appearing.

My recommendation is to first check and see if the extension is enabled. There was a version of Safari not that long ago where it disabled all extensions for compatibility reasons. If the extension is definitely running then I'd try the old uninstall, reboot and then re-install trick.

Let us know how you get along
