Not Syncing with Dropbox

I'm trying to sync 1Password with Dropbox so my wife can utilize my 1Password. The wheel keeps spinning, and Dropbox is taking forever to sync with 1Password. When I used iCloud, it was quick. A couple questions:
1. Can I have my wife sync with iCloud? Not sure how if we have separate Apple IDs and computers.
2. How long does the Dropbox sync take? When I go to preferences, I see a spinning wheel that looks like the sync is still happening. Also; Every time I click on dropbox file it opens my 1Password, so it seems like it's working...but I can't sync my phone up?
3. The file is in my dropbox account, but I keep getting a warning "1Password will no longer sync because no sync source was found for profile 1Password encountered a problem." The other error I've gotten is "The operation couldn't be completed. (dropbox.com error 404.) 1Password encountered a problem.

I've deleted both apps a coupld of times, but no luck. Please help.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Dropbox right now. We'd love to take a closer look at your system to determine where things are getting tangled up here.

    I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.

    If you could post the ticket ID from the automated response it would be appreciated. It will allow us to find your ticket all that faster :smile:
