Purpose of Identities category in 1P?

The Identities category, like the Logins category will fill for you the relevant information on a web page, so can be useful like that. I confess I've not used it in that way—but I do find it really useful to put together all my relevant personal information. I also run a small residential management company and the details of that comprise another "identity".

Identities are especially useful when you sign up (register) to a new service. Usually you are being asked to enter you full name, date of birth, home address, phone number, etc. Filling with an existing identity can be quite useful in this case.
If you wish to see how Identities fill, you can add the demo vault in 1Password for Mac, then go to any registration form on the internet and fill using one of the Identities in the demo vault.
