two instances of 1Password v3 paid & showing in Firefox

How is it that I could have 2 instances/licenses of 1Password paid? And not allowed by some error to download and install the latest upgrade? and have to pay again !?!?! for a v5 upgrade?
I show two licenses connected to my login/email address.

    I got a "1P" icon and a "key" icon showing in the Firefox toolbar.

    I'm sorry that you're having trouble with 1Password right now. I'll do my best to get this sorted out for you.

    I was able to locate license information in our back office records using the email address attached to your forum account. In that account, I see a license for 1Password 2 with an upgrade to 1Password 3. Is that what you are seeing as well?

    Now, the upgrade from 1Password 3 to 1Password 4 was a paid upgrade, so if you would like to use the latest and greatest version of 1Password, simply enter your existing license details on our upgrade page to see the discount you're entitled to on a shiny new 1Password 5 license.

    This is a known issue in the 1Password 3 extension, I'll let our developers know you'd love to see this fixed soon. :)
