Chase Bank login fail
Just wanted to notify your tech team that 1PW isn't working quite right on the Chase Bank website, neither on FF or Safari.
Their login is right on their homepage (Chase.com), which is what I have entered in 1PW for this site.
I I manually go to the Chase homepage and select Chase from 1PW, then the credentials are entered and I am logged in successfully.
However, if I start with a blank webpage and select Chase from 1PW, the homepage shows up and credentials entered, but a blank page results.

Please let me know if the URL @Plato shared works any better for you. I'd recommending visiting that URL, and then using the instructions here: Save a New Login Manually to create a fresh new Login.
