What is the url for iTunes? Or, how do I save my Apple logins without using a url?
I have recently installed 1P4 for Mac on a MacBookPro with OSX10.8.5. I have been able to load most of my passwords either automatically or manually. But the iTunes password will not load automatically and the gear icon in mini does not show a save feature for this website. The knowledge base suggested I do it manually on the main application using the url for the website, but I can not find the url anywhere. How do I do that? Or, ultimately, how do I get the iTunes login saved?
Thanks for any help

If you are asking can 1Password say and fill the login for the iTunes app then no it cannot. What I do is have it saved inside 1Password as a entry. But I must copy and past it out to the iTunes app.
1Password can interact with the browsers but not directly with apps at least not yet. Maybe someday.
Its possible I may have misunderstood your question.

To add to what @thightower astutely pointed out, https://appleid.apple.com/ is the URL I have for the login item for my iTunes / Apple ID login. :)

Thanks to thightower & bwoodruff.
Sorry for being obtuse. What I hear you saying is that in order to use 1Password4 to enter passwords in iTunes, and other applications that I do not open with a browser, I should save the password, and other data, as a Secure Note and then paste the password from that note to the password entry field. If I have misunderstood, let me know.

bwoodruff,
Thanks. I'll try that. And perhaps play around with variations.

Just to expand on what has already been said I like to use the Password item for when programs want a password. To use the iOS app VLC Remote for example I had to set up a password. As it's only ever used from within my flat I set it up as a Password item.
For your Apple ID though there are lots of reasons to set it up as a Login item despite the fact that the iTunes application is one place you enter it. There are:
Those last two aren't quite right but I didn't feel like inspecting the actual URL and ensuring it was free of anything that identifies anybody. Hopefully you get a feel for it though.
