    Try this please:

    1. drag the 1P app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool because it will try to remove files you need to keep);
    2. empty the trash and reboot;
    3. re-download and re-install 1P.

    That should fix the issue.

  • Hi @dkellam‌,

    I'm really sorry that you got hit by this issue. This is a known issue on our end that we're still tracking down. It affects a very small percentage of people who are updating the app where they're left with an app that doesn't launch. We haven't figured out what's going on there yet. The solution is exactly as @Stephen_C mentioned... to reinstall manually from our website.

    Rick
