1password- MAC incorrectly charged by App Store
I had a " Trial Expired" message in my 1password on my MAC.
I followed the instructions to transfer from the old version "1password 5" to the new version "1Password".
I requested a copy of my software key and assumed that I would nor be charged the $64.99 but I was.
What is the procedure to have this charge reversed?

@Nyc246 Please do this promptly because if Apple's Mac App Store is involved then you may need to request a refund from them (we have zero control or influence there with matters such as refunds). Once we get an email from you we can respond. It might help if you post the ticket ID here from our automated response, that way we can match the two up.
