Discounts for non-profits

Do you offer discounts for non profits, like you offer educational discounts?
Or is this just same as business bulk discount?
If I need to purchase a mix of products for both windows and Mac platforms, what is best route?
I'm only looking for 10 licenses (10 users)
Also - is syncing of a vault between 10 users advisable?
