Using 1Password for Mac & Windows
If I use 1Password on my Mac at home and have the program create a create and save a password and login for a new website, how will that information be conveyed to 1Password on my Windows PC at work -- do I have to manually enter the new password and login into 1Password on that PC?

That's what syncing is specifically designed to handle. You can only use Dropbox for that purpose in a mixed Apple/Windows environment though. I'm not sure what folks do if their employers prohibit the use of Dropbox, though.

Like hawkmoth mentioned, Dropbox would be the best way to sync your data between Mac and Windows.
