"Trial" Expired, but I thought I had already purchased the Version 5; Soooo, now what?
The title says it all! I may be mistaken in this, as a tech friend of mine usually does all this stuff for me, given my obtuseness with electronic gadgets. If you have any ideas for me or suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it. I also don't see any way to contact folks directly, other than these forums, which is yet ANOTHER obstacle for an idiot such as I. When I conduct business, it's usually by phone and NOT like this. Just saying....

I did take a look at the top post, but honestly, that didn't solve my issue. I have no clue from whence this was purchased, as my tech buddy takes care of ALL of this stuff for me. I can send you my "license" number for version 5 if that helps. Cute icon, by the way!

In order to find where your version was purchased please go to 1P > About 1Password (in the 1Password menus) and tell us exactly what it says there (ignoring the credits, of course).

Given you've said you're not terribly comfortable with this sort of nonsense :wink: I've gone ahead and emailed you all of your licences rather than point you to where you needed to do it yourself.
In that message you will see licence keys which you will need to ignore. What you're looking for is the section related to 1Password 5 and a link to download your licence file. After that, this page on Adding a license to 1Password should be all you need.
