Unable to update to 1Password 3.8.22
Tried everything to update 1 Password and this is what I get:
Then I tried to email somebody in the company to let them know who I am. There appears to be nowhere to give a name and since it is a while since getting the software, I am not not sure how to proceed. I closed my business in 2012 and assume that the ID was my business email. Don't have that any more. Please anybody from Agile please contact me so that I can get help with updating my software. thank you. Robbie Keefer

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password right now. Stephen_C's suggestion of downloading a fresh copy is probably your best option here. Simply replace the old app with the freshly downloaded app.
As far as your license goes, I was able to find a license under the name 'Robbie Keefer', but it uses a different email address than the one attached to your forum account. Could you please send me a private message with some alternate email addresses (including your business email) that you may have used when you purchased 1Password 3? Once we confirm that I'm actually looking at the correct license details, I'd be happy to update the file with your current email address.
