1Password5 Trial??

Help -
My 1Password on my computer tells me I need to upgrade or it will close down in 3 days. This would be a disaster. I upgraded to 5 a while back. Why does it say my 'trial' is ending. Please contact me directly. [email address deleted]. It really sucks that there is no support phone number.

    @fred-s I have deleted your email address from your post. This is a public forum so it's not a good idea to post email addresses here.

    The first point to make is that you have not been told that 1Password will "close down" in three days. What will happen is that the trial period will expire. You will still have access to your saved data but the app will not be fully functional.

    There is a prominent sticky about the message you are seeing right at the top of the forum. Please have a look at it and then let us know if you have any more questions as a result.

    Finally, you have found the way to obtain quick support—even on a Sunday. :)
