Mac refuses to sync either to iCloud or Dropbox
Sync never finishes, either using iCloud or Dropbox. The spinner next to “Change Syncing” just spins forever, with no indication of any progress being made. If I use Dropbox, Dropbox will say that it successfully synced a 16KB agilekeychain in my 1Password folder, even though my backups are several MB apiece. Again, the spinner never stops spinning.
Can I delete some library / config file to reset syncing altogether? I’ve tried “Change syncing” several times, deleting my Dropbox data and deleting my iCloud data from the Help menu. FWIW, I used the “1Password4Troubleshooting” app to generate a diagnostics report and sent it in earlier this morning. This is the first problem I've had with 1Password in years of owning it and would love to get it fixed ASAP.

Never mind, I was conflating two things: non-working Dropbox sync and the never-ending spinner. iCloud sync works fine.

Sorry to hear dropbox sync isn't working for you. Are you fine using iCloud sync, or do you want us to dive into determining why Dropbox sync wasn't working out? If you'd like us to investigate, could you provide us with the version of 1Password that you're using, as well as the version of OS X that you're using?

Thanks for including those screenshots! As far as I can tell, those are screenshots of your Dropbox folder and the Dropbox menubar item on your Mac, and they're showing that Dropbox is busy syncing your 1Password.agilekeychain file between your Mac and the Dropbox servers. That doesn't necessarily mean 1Password is having any trouble with Dropbox sync (1Password simply makes changes to the local 1Password.agilekeychain stored on your Mac, and Dropbox takes care of copying the keychain to/from the cloud).
Let's check the sync settings in 1Password to see if it's showing any problems. Open the 1Password app on your Mac, then go to the menu for 1Password > Preferences. Choose the Sync tab. It should show that Dropbox sync is setup, the file path to the keychain in Dropbox, and the sync status - which normally shows how long it has been since the last sync. What do you see there? Is there any indication that it's continuously syncing, such as the spinner next to “Change Syncing”, as mentioned by the OP?
