how to get a license key
I bought 1Password and will have een license key for an other device.
The problem is that your database do not recognize my email adres.
How to fix the problem?

Your post seems to suggest that your original purchase was from the Mac App Store, although you refer to iTunes, which is where you would buy the iOS version, Since this is the forum for the Mac application, I assume that your second computer is also a Mac. If you did indeed purchase your license from Apple, AgileBits won't have any record of that. But more importantly, licensing in that case is handled by Apple and is tied to the Apple ID that was used to buy it. To install it on another machine, log in to the Mac App Store with the same Apple ID you used for your original purchase. You'll be able to download a new copy without an additional charge.
