License File for 1Password 5, But License Email Only Shows 1Password 3
Well, I have had 1Password 5 up and running since it came out, and I swear I actually paid for it after being a customer since 1Password3. Now I need to move it to another computer, but I can't get the license file. When I go to I've lost my license file, I get an Email with my 1Password 3 key and no way to get the license file needed for 5. I am not sure how I got in this state, since it is all up and running properly on the computer I'm writing this note on, and I assume I must have had a license file to make that happen at some point. Love the product, and while I don't want to pay twice(!), I am happy to pay and wasn't expecting infinite upgrades ;-). What can I do? I assume someone from AgileBits can see my contact info an talk to me in Email if needed. Thanks.

I'm sorry for any confusion about your license file! I was able to find license information for the email address associated with your forum account. You definitely purchased a license for 1Password 4 for Mac in 2014, which means you also have a license for 1Password 5 for Mac (both versions use the same license file). So no need to worry, you don't need to make another purchase! ;)
I had your license info resent to that same email address, although it's likely the same as the one you already had sent to yourself. The email includes a license code for 1Password 3 for Mac, but it should also have a link to download your license file for 1Password 4/5. There should also be steps to add that file to 1Password, if it doesn't happen automatically.

The mail you sent is (as you said) the same as the one I sent to myself and does not include a link to download the license file itself. It just includes the key and a link to the downloads page. This is all I see...
