How to contact Support??
I have used 1Password on my iMac for many years. Recently I purchased a MacBook Air and wanted to install 1Password on it also. Scouring the website did not give me instructions on how to download another copy of 1Password other than to go to Apple Apps Store and download it. I did that but I was charged $49.99 by Apple.
I don't see any way to contact Support at Agilebits. Any ideas on what I should do?

If you need help with a mistake at the Mac App Store, you will need to take it up with Apple. They don't provide developers with any information about who make purchases, so AgileBits folks won't be able to help you get your money refunded. Your account will have a link to report trouble. Use that to ask for a refund, once you know exactly what your issues are.
If you did originally buy your copy from the Mac App Store, you should have been able to see that in the Purchased tab of your account, so long as you log in with the same Apple ID as you used for your original buy. You will also be able to find a receipt in your account when you look there. Since Apple's licenses are tied to the Apple ID used for the purchase, that's the key.
Perhaps you bought your license originally from AgileBit at their web store. In that case, your license would be recorded there under the email address you used to make your buy. They will resend your license if you did buy there. You haven't said what version of 1Password you've been using, but there was an upgrade charge from AgileBits to move up to version 4. Version 5 is a free upgrade for registered users of version 4.
I hope these comments are helpful. I expect someone from AgileBits will be along. Most likely they will check their records for a license under the email address you used when you registered for the forum.

Thank you so much, hawkmoth, for your quick and thorough reply. I believe you may have identified my mistake. It's been so long since I originally bought 1Password, I had forgotten where I bought it. I now suspect that I originally bought it from Agilebits and when I asked for another copy from the Apple Apps Store, they sold me one. I will try to get a refund from Apple then see if I can get another copy from Agilebits for my MacBook Air. Thanks again!
