Limitation associated with Credit Card Type

I presume this applies to all versions of 1Password but since I'm a Mac user, I'm using this category choice. The limitation associated with Credit Card types is that if the desired choice is not among those offered, you cannot restore the field to null. Therefore this forces you to create bad data by making an incorrect choice. I had thought the addition of "Other" would be an easy solution but based on the company feedback I received in a message, this would be treated as a feature enhancement rather than a limitation that should be corrected.

    Could you possibly reword your concern? I have no clue what you mean.

    He means, for example, if you have a debit card, and you accidentally selected Visa, there's nothing you can to do deselect the Type in the credit card category. You cannot clear the Type field. I've voiced this concern too.

    @MrC‌

    I just tried it and I was able to change Amex to Visa and back again. You don't see the logo change until after you click the "Save" box.

    Try clearing the Type value.

    Sorry for the trouble. This is currently a known issue, and our developers will look into it.

    Thanks for the feedback! I will pass this request along to our team.
