Unable to add expiry date of credit card

Hi,

I am trying to edit my credit card details but I am unable to edit the expiry date, more specifically the month.. The expiry date is in the form m.yyyy which in itself I find strange. I also tried to delete and add a new credit card, same problem.

This is the version I have:

1Password 5
Version 5.0.2 (502007)
Agile Web Store

Are you using some non-English localisation? If so, it's a known bug and there is a work around which may work for you. Change the language to English, edit the entry then change back.

What is your setting under OS X > System Preferences > Language & Region, under Region?

Thanks! That was the problem. I had the region set to Finland. When I switched to UK I was able to edit the expiry date.

So glad it's sorted. That is a known bug the developers are working on fixing. Others have mentioned it happens with the Finnish locale.

    Hi @crowm,

That's great, thanks for letting us know. We believe we have fixed this for the upcoming 1Password 5.1 for Mac update. Please test it when you get a chance and let us know if it is fixed or not.

    Thanks again!

    Hi!

I've just found a easy way to solve this. Sync the data to a iOS device, and edit the date there, and sync again. No need to set the language on Mac then.

    Hi @luodan‌

Thankfully this issue should be eliminated soon with the release of 1Password 5.1

    Hi @glynncv‌

We're not aware of any issue with the Windows version of 1Password at the moment. I would recommend posting in our Windows forum with as much detail as you can. If we can replicate the issue it will help our developers a lot in isolating the bug in the code. Given the completely separate codebases I'm surprised but it doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
