I bought 1Password but none of my emails are recognised when i try to get my serial number
i have the Apple billing info to prove the purchase. please help quickly since i can't add anymore info on my database...

    If you have the Apple billing info, one of two situations must have occurred.

    1. You bought 1PW for iOS (which is only available from Apple). 1PW for Mac is a separate purchase and you only have the trial version. In that case you will have to purchase the Mac version, either from Agile or from Apple. If you need iCloud sync you MUST buy from Apple. Many people prefer to buy from Agile and use Dropbox to sync.

    2. You bought 1PW for Mac from Apple. Then Agile will not have any record of the purchase. In this case it would seem that somehow you have bought from Apple but are using the Agile version. It should pick up your purchase from Apple, but might not.

    I suspect the first situation is what has happened. Anyway, someone from Agile will be along shortly and give further advice.

    Hi, i have a similar problem I bought via app store for both iOS and Mac. Now trying to find license key to add windows too... Cant see how to find the license key on the forums. Thanks

    @jb7789‌ I assume you're trying to get a licence for the Mac + Windows bundle. Is that correct? You won't have any licence if you bought 1P4 or 1P5 from the Mac App Store. If you did do that (and note it must be 1P4 or 1P5) you can send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:

    1. your full name;
    2. your full address;
    3. the Mac App Store receipt for your purchase of 1P4 or 1P5;
    4. a link to this thread.

    You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and arrange a Mac + Win licence bundle for you.

    There are one of two possibilities here, both covered by @danco‌

    1. Our licences are per platform so a licence for 1Password for iOS doesn't cover you on your Macs. For that you would need a licence for 1Password for Mac and we can discuss your options based on your syncing wishes. As of Yosemite and iOS 8 iCloud sync is only available to purchases made through Apple's stores which is the MAS version of 1Password.
    2. You purchased 1Password for Mac (MAS) from Apple's App Store on your Mac. If you did this you would have wanted to download 1Password from their App Store but it seems you're running our Agile Web Store (AWS) version.

    So what we need to do is confirm if you've purchased 1Password for Mac and if you did where you purchased it from. Then we need to confirm what version you're currently running. That bit we can do by looking in 1Password > About 1Password. It will say either Agile Web Store or Mac App Store. Let us know and we'll continue the troubleshooting from there.
