Sync option missing in preferences

Hi, I have fresh installed 10.10.1 Yosemite on my Mac and then I have restored a TimeMachine backup (with all data and apps) using Migration Assistant.
After that 1Password works fine, but in the preferences the sync option is missing as in the picture below.

Can you advise?

    Please try this:

    1. Drag the 1P app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool, which is likely to try to delete files you need to keep).
    2. Empty the trash and reboot.
    3. Re-download and re-install 1P.
