Importing CSV file with all columns

Ok it has been a while since I used the convert_to_1p4.

I downloaded convert_to_1p4_1.06.

I also downloaded the latest perl from here... http://strawberryperl.com/

I unzipped the convert_to_1p4_1.06 to my desktop

I unzipped strawberry-perl-5.22.0.1-64bit.msi in C:\myperl

However when I hit C:\myperl\portableshell.bat it states this cannot be found.

Am I using the wrong version of Perl?

Am using W10.
