Bought 1Password 5 for Mac
I bought 1Password 5 for Mac and presently using it on my MBP. The app is downloaded on my iPad and iPhone 6+ but not on my Mac Mini.
Not knowing any better, I downloaded a free version of 1Password (?3?) on my MM when I was having trouble trying to get on websites that had 1Password 5 logins. Customer support leaves a lot to be desired for people like me that really don't know much but are trying to do the best we can with limited computer capabilities. Please help me get 1Password 5 installed on my MM ( bought it from the App Store). What should I do now? I don't even know if someone that can help me will even get this message? Furthermore, how will I find any responses if someone really does respond back? I really have stumbled around within the program trying to get my accounts safeguarded with 1Password; for $50+ you really should have a customer support dept. that equals the price. Please please help! [email address removed by admin]

As far as keeping track of responses is concerned, you can set preferences for what kinds of notifications you would like to have, including getting notice of activity by email. A way to do that is to click on your username at the top of the forum page while you are logged in. You will be taken to a status page for your account. To the far right of the line showing your user name is an icon that looks something like an identity card. It has a down arrow your can use to bring up a dropdown menu, where you will be given the option to edit your profile. The on the left of the next screen you'll see several options, one of which is for notification, There you can set several different ways to be notified of activity in topics you are interested in.
Here is a screen capture of the line I'm describing, with the dropdown menu activator at the far right.

Hi @bcvaughn,
I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with 1Password, and I'd be more than happy to help you get things sorted out.
Installing 1Password on your Mac Mini should be as simple as logging in to the Mac App Store with the AppleID that you used to purchase 1Password for Mac, and selecting 1Password from the 'Purchases' list. If you're having difficulty, I'll need to know a little bit more about your 1Password ecosystem:
- What are the version numbers of 1Password and your operating system for all computers and devices running 1Password?
- What are you using to keep things in sync?
The more detail you can provide, the more quickly we'll be able to get you sorted out! :)
