iCloud Sync not working

OSX 10.9.5 with 1Password 4.4.3 purchased from Agile site, IOS 8.1.3. with 1Password 5.2 purchased from App store. Hi, I can't sync via iCloud from my macbook pro to iPad/iphone and back using the operating systems I have listed.. It was working previously but has now stopped. I have searched the message board but can't make out if the situations are the same as mine.
Any help would be appreciated.

    Apple stopped allowing applications that aren't purchased directly from their app stores to access iCloud for syncing when Yosemite and iOS 8 were released. You are on iOS 8 on your iOS device, but not Yosemite on your Mac. You'll need to switch to Dropbox for cloud syncing or WiFi syncing if you want this combination to continue to work together.

    Thanks so much for the reply. I don't seem to have the wifi symbol in my preferences in 1Password V4.4.3. I have attached a screen shot.

    In 1Password 4, Wi-Fi sync is accessed under Window > Wi-Fi Sync instead of in the preferences.
