Licence expired, email not found, no way to contact you

I bought 1Password in the App Store. I have the email receipt sent to my email address.

I now have a new machine. I installed 1Password using a different Apple ID (not tied to that email address) and it's saying that the licence has expired.

On here https://agilebits.com/store/licenses it says to contact you to sort this out. But if I follow the link to https://agilebits.com/support and type in my email address then it says the email address is not recognised.

How can I get my licence back?

    I'm sorry for any confusion about the Trial Expired message you're seeing. We have information about that in this post.

    If you bought 1Password for Mac from the Mac App Store, we wouldn't have information about that in our own system because we don't receive any customer info from Apple (that would explain why your email address wasn't recognized on our website). However, you don't need a license from our site if you made your purchase from the Mac App Store, because that's tied to the Apple ID you used to buy it. If you bought it from the Mac App Store but see a message about the trial being expired, it sounds like you downloaded the web store version of 1Password.

    What you'll need to do is reinstall 1Password from the Mac App Store. Just launch the Mac App Store, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase, and reinstall 1Password from the Purchases section.
