Purchased 1PW5 No License

Purchased 1PW Sep 2014 $50 and Jan 2015 $50 all I get is a 1PW3 license key. Help

    I'm assuming you bought from the AgileBits store rather than from the Mac App Store. You don't get a licence file if you buy from the Mac App Store. I'm a little unclear why you bought 1P twice though.

    Do you mean you have asked AgileBits to re-send your 1P5 licence file and you received only the 1P3 key?

    If you're absolutely sure you bought direct from the AgileBits store send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:

    1. your full name;
    2. your full address when you purchased 1P;
    3. the approximate date you bought 1P;
    4. the email address you used when you purchased 1P;
    5. a link to this thread.

    You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and sort out any licence problem.

    Hi @Kheth,

    I am sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting 1Password licensed. Now, I was able to locate your 1Password 3 license in our back office records using the email address attached to your forum account, but I don't see a matching 1Password 5 license. If you follow Stephen's instructions above and email in with a few more details, we should be able to track this down for you!
