Trial Expired observation...

I have seen this twice. Once on an iMac upgraded from ML to Yosemite and my iMac which migrated from Mavericks to Yosemite.

Both had valid licenses (1 Password 4) in ML and Mavericks. Yosemite migration went without issue and we did the upgrade to 1Password5 but after 30 days I get the message that the trial has expired. Request the license and all is fine.
