Purchased Website and Mac Store version accidentally

Is there any chance to refund my website purchase? I found out afterwards that iCloud will only sync with the Mac Store version, and had to then purchase that version as well. I have all my receipts and payment info for whomever I need to contact. Thank you!

    If you bought the the AgileBits store version within the past 30 days AgileBits will refund you.

    Send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:

    1. your full name;
    2. your full address when you purchased 1P;
    3. the approximate date you bought 1P;
    4. the email address you used when you purchased 1P;
    5. a link to this thread;
    6. your refund request.

    You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and expedite any refund that is due.

    (Sorry I didn't post that previously. I thought someone from AgileBits might come along and beat me to it before you came back!)

    I tried searching our system for the email address associated with your forum account but couldn't find your license, so I'm guessing you used a different email address when you made the purchase from our web store. In that case, please send us an email as Stephen suggested, and we should be able to help you out with the refund. Thanks! :)
