Help! Error Message

[How do I contact AgileBits?] I posted on the forum because I keep getting an error message that I tried to capture and include in my post. I haven't heard an answer. I have a MacBook Pro and use OS X Yosemite 10.10.2. I hope you can help me

    When did you post? Agile people are usually good at responding, but occasional posts get missed.

    Telling us the error message would be useful. If we knew what it was, a forum member who is not one of the AgileBits people might be able to help.

    @LindaME I assume you're referring to this thread. If so, you'll see that someone from AgileBits replied to you the very same day.

    I'm sorry you're having some trouble with 1Password! However, I'm not able to find any post from you on our forums that hasn't been answered. It looks like you've started 3 discussions, including this one. The other 2 are:

    One Password and Menu Bar - You posted this one earlier today, and danco has already replied.

    Error Message upon Shutting Down MacBookPro - You posted this about a month ago on February 8, and littlebobbytables replied the same day. It sounds like this might be the one you're asking about.
