    Please try this:

    1. Drag the 1P app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool, which is likely to try to delete files you need to keep).
    2. Empty the trash and reboot.
    3. Re-download and re-install 1P.

If that does not work we need more information, please. In particular please tell us exactly what happens when you try to open 1P. Is there any error message? If so, what is it?

    Hi @pjdisme,

Hopefully Stephen's suggestion helped, but if you're still having trouble opening 1Password, please let us know more details (i.e. exactly what happens when you try to open it).

You can also try installing 1Password 5, which was written to be fully compatible with Yosemite, and is a free upgrade if you have a license for 1Password 4. If you purchased 1Password 4 from the Mac App Store, you should find an option to install 1Password 5 in the Purchases or Updates section of the Mac App Store if you're signed in with the same Apple ID. Or if you bought a license for 1Password 4 from our web store, you can download version 5 from our download site.

Let us know how it all goes!
