Convert new Mac license to a Windows license

I purchased the Parallels Desktop Bundle with a license for 1Password 5 for Mac. I am already a long year user, but would like to give the license to my wife, so that she can commence using 1P as well. However, she uses Windows. Is it possible to convert my new Mac license to a Windows license for her?
